Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade bath, body, and skincare items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. This policy ensures product safety, freshness, and quality for all customers.

Damages, Delays & Lost Packages
Once a package has been tendered to USPS, Sacred Prairie Wilds is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, customs inspections, or damages that occur during transit.
If your order arrives with a concern, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.

International Orders (Canada)
Canadian customers may be charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes at the time of delivery. These fees are determined by Canada Border Services and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs inspections and winter weather may extend delivery timelines. Sacred Prairie Wilds cannot estimate, reimburse, or refund customs charges.
